The story so far...

Work Psychology Group was founded in 2003 by Professor Fiona Patterson and Dr Máire Kerrin who are both leading figures in the field of Organisational Psychology.

Fiona and Máire have hand-picked a team of highly-skilled practitioners with wide-ranging expertise to work with them to bring the practical applications of Organisational Psychology to the public and private sector. Work Psychology Group are thought leaders in our field, with extensive experience in conducting and disseminating the latest research insights and translating this literature into practical, innovative solutions. We regularly attend conferences and events to share the latest research and practice as well as learn about the latest developments in the field. Headquartered in the Midlands in the UK, and with an office in Sydney, Australia, WPG has recently expanded to London as the business grows.

Community Enrichment Day

We have a team volunteering day every year. It’s a great way for us all to get together in a relaxed environment whilst also doing something useful and constructive with our time. This year, a wonderful day was had by all at Rosliston Forestry Centre in Derbyshire. We got involved in a number of conservation projects and also built a fence!
